Shipping policy

Order Dispatch Policy:
We prepare and ship all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt. Shipping occurs weekdays only (Monday-Friday).

National Deliveries:
Domestic shipments are fulfilled through UPS with 3-7 business day standard delivery.

Global Deliveries:
International shipments are processed via DHL requiring 4-21 business days for delivery. Customs clearance may impact timelines. Preppy Prodigy is not accountable for import duties.
